How does the "Honoring the Feminine" Sadhana Work?
3 times a week for 4 weeks you will receive the following:
• A daily teaching and practice inviting you into deeper exploration of the Feminine. Teachings are in video, audio and format. • An invitation to sit in silence for 5-10 min, bringing the day's poem, prayer or meditation into your practice time. • Reflection questions to consider afterwards for greater insight and healing. • An invitation to share your thoughts in a private practice circle on a secure web page. |
During our 4 weeks of practice together, you will also receive inspiration, guidance and deep feminine wisdom from Sue Patton Thoele.
Sue is the author of the new book, Strength: Meditations for Wisdom, Balance and Power. She is the acclaimed author of several books for women including The Courage to Be Yourself and The Mindful Woman. She is a mother, grandmother, and retired psychotherapist who is deeply passionate about helping women strengthen and bring forth the qualities of the Feminine for the healing of the whole.
