In this mid-winter retreat, we invite ourselves into a new understanding and experience of HOW TO LIVE.
∞Instead of living on auto-pilot just getting through our days, we will explore what it means to live fully in each moment. In fact, to meet each moment as a friend. (Yes, this includes difficult moments too.)
∞Instead of being driven by our thoughts and emotions, we will explore how to put Loving Awareness in the driver's seat.
∞Instead of living at the mercy of exterior events, we will learn how to tap into and BE "Loving Awareness" to create a completely new response to life just as it is.
By embracing these powerful new mindsets and practices, you will experience yourself as a soul-being, living in the most expansive way possible. Inner freedom can be ours!
