Picture
In the clamor of everyday life, we are constantly distracted from what matters most—living as our sacred self, intimately connected to the Divine. But how do you do this when life overwhelms you and takes you away from your Sacred Knowing? How do you live from the essence and truth of who you are as a divine being in a materialistic and disjointed world? By getting to know "your Deepest", and by nourishing your inner life in soul-satisfying ways, that's how!

with compassion and innovative action so you respond to life in an enlightened way. This reduces your personal suffering and expands your happiness. Living gently creates a profound shift in how you meet your Self and life with deep empathy, loving awareness and tender care.

How Does a Spiritual Study & Mentoring Group Work?

A group comes together in 2 ways:
• You gather together 2-4 of your friends to form your unique group
• If you are flying solo, contact me, and I'll put you on the list for the next group
A group meets once a month for 75 minutes:
• Each month, we focus on 2-4 segments and practices from the text.
• You will complete the reading and answer the journaling questions in the text before we meet.
• We begin with a short contemplative practice, a personal check-in, then discuss your experience with the readings and practices.
• Together, we learn to listen more deeply and to hold greater presence for one another.
• Spiritual mentoring happens in a group context, but is also extended to individuals during the meeting to deepen spiritual understanding and practice.

• You will receive encouragement and ongoing support from the group and from me.

Commitment

• Your group commits to meet for one year.
• You commit to fulfill a "Sacred Contract" with your fellow group members.**
• You commit to regular, monthly attendance. Your presence is key to the success and deepening of the group.
• Make your payment of $75 each month before the meeting begins. All forms of payment are accepted.

Testimonials from Group Members

"Through this shared journey, I have found the spiritual connection my heart and spirit have been seeking for a very long time."

Working with Jan and my spiritual mentorship group has been a beautiful and deeply meaningful experience. Jan is a wise, gentle, caring, and intuitive mentor who guides us into deep spiritual exploration where I am learning to trust my inner wisdom, come home to myself, and to connect more fully with something greater than myself. Our small, sacred circle of amazing women is a place of deep sharing, acceptance, and compassion. We learn from one another, support one another, and practice together in ways that have been truly transformative and soul nourishing. My life is immeasurably richer and more meaningful because of this. I am so deeply grateful to be walking my spiritual path alongside them. J.H., Florida

"I’ve developed a deeper connection to my spirit and a stronger sense of peace, clarity, and joy in my life."

I’ve been part of a small study group with Jan for some time, where we focus on one of her books and meet monthly to explore our discoveries with her thoughtful mentorship. Jan creates a space that feels deeply safe, allowing for honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and real inner work. Studying alongside other women and witnessing their growth has been a true gift. J.M., California

"The most important "lesson" I've learned over the last few years is that spiritual growth is not a solo endeavor."

Group spiritual mentoring with Jan has been such a gift. As someone who has been committed to learning and growing through various mid-life transitions, it was through my work with Jan and two of my close friends in these monthly deep dives into Jan's writing that I started to feel more at home in myself.  It has deepened my connection with the divine and my relationships with others in the most beautiful and unexpected way, and I'm truly grateful.
