How It Can Heal What Ails Us
Rescheduled for Sat. April 27
New Podcast with Jan on Empower Radio
Embracing the flow of kindness to and from ourselves allows us to create a kinder and gentler experience of life. Knowing kindness within opens us further to express kindness to others, and, also to more fully receive kindness from others. When we embrace kindness within our own hearts, we more fully realize the kindness that is present all around us.

Being in your particular body may not be easy. You may have aches and pains, bumps and bulges, each a source of inner conflict. You may not feel at peace in your body, much less at home in it.
And, yet, in spiritual circles, the body is often spoken of as a beautiful resting place, a divine abode, a source of true wisdom. The Buddha himself said, “Your body is your temple, if you treat it like one.”
"Wisdom is the rare spiritual gift of being able to see things as they are. Jan Lundy has this gift."
