On this page you will find a sequence of helpful videos that cover the early concepts explored in Coming Home to Ourselves, including obstacles to good self-care.
I recorded most of these in 2016 for my site, "The Kindest Thing," but, as you will see and hear, they apply to and are based on the "coming home" journey you are engaged in now: how to discern what it is you need to be happy, healthy, and whole—and how to begin to work within yourself to restore this in an oh, so gentle way.
I've also opened up comments on this page, so feel free to leave your thoughts, or to ask any questions, in the space below. I will respond to you there.
Enjoy! And may you continue to be gentle with yourself!
