Every relationship has a holy purpose.
Each encounter, each intimate union, provides our deepest self with an opportunity to grow. Through our interactions with others, we are gifted with the chance to transform into the highest version of our self we can be. The universe partners us with those individuals with whom soul healing may occur. Discover what it is you are to learn from this person and they, in return, from you. This is the sacred invitation found in all relationships. ©2023, Janice L. Lundy Today, if you are feeling broken-hearted, may you be comforted by these words: Each of us has experienced a broken heart many many times. Our hearts break due to disappointment, betrayal and loss.
As we suffer in this way, our hearts shatter wide open, bleed and experience immeasurable pain. As a survival mechanism, we quickly try to repair the cracks, to cement them shut to stop the hurt. However, it is only through the broken heart that we learn to love. It is specifically through its wide open crevices that we let love come in and allow love to go out. If the cracks have been mended shut, we cannot do either. ©2023, Janice L. Lundy All Rights Reserved. Each one of us awakens
and grows into our spiritual nature at our own rate. For some, it may take many seasons to realize our highest potential and come into our fullness. This is a journey that cannot be rushed, judged or compared. Allow yourself to unfold and mature as Spirit intended. Put your lamentations and worries aside. Trust in the well-timed beauty of your own growth. ©2023, Janice L. Lundy |
Gentle and timely reminders for the spiritual journey, because sometimes we forget or need a kind nudge back to Center.
